Creamy Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken thighs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 head garlic peeled and cut
- 1 cup broth
- 1 ½ cup half and half
- ½ cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with dry ingredients: salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper
- Dip chicken in flour and parmesan cheese
- In a pan with oil over medium heat, fry the chicken about 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In a pan with oil and butter, fry onions for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and fry for another minute.
- Add broth to deglaze pan and then half and half.
- Add shredded cheese and bring to boil.
- Add the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens
