Korean Ground Beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 stalks spring onion chopped
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, make the sauce with red chili flakes, black pepper, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce
- In a wok with oil, fry garlic, ginger and onions for 2 minutes.
- Add the beef and cook through (about 5 minutes)
- Drain away excess oil
- Add sauce and mix well
- Add spring onions and peas, fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and remove from heat.
