Orange Butter Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  

  • 7 tilapia fillets
  • 1 carrot julienne
  • 1 celery julienne
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 2 oranges – juice and slices
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry defrosted fish fillet and marinate with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Marinate vegetables with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper.
  • Make the sauce by mixing melted butter, cream cheese, and 1 tbsp orange juice.
  • Spread vegetables in a baking dish and lay fish fillets over them. Squeeze orange juice over the fish.
  • Pour sauce over fish and lay slices of orange in dish.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
