Orange Butter Fish Fillets
Ingredients
- 7 tilapia fillets
- 1 carrot julienne
- 1 celery julienne
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 2 oranges – juice and slices
- 2 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Pat dry defrosted fish fillet and marinate with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Marinate vegetables with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper.
- Make the sauce by mixing melted butter, cream cheese, and 1 tbsp orange juice.
- Spread vegetables in a baking dish and lay fish fillets over them. Squeeze orange juice over the fish.
- Pour sauce over fish and lay slices of orange in dish.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
