Pat dry defrosted fish fillet and marinate with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Marinate vegetables with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper.
Make the sauce by mixing melted butter, cream cheese, and 1 tbsp orange juice.
Spread vegetables in a baking dish and lay fish fillets over them. Squeeze orange juice over the fish.
Pour sauce over fish and lay slices of orange in dish.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
