Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz peach slices
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 stick 1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the drained peach slices.
- Add ½ cup sugar, cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla and mix.
- In another mixing bowl, add flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, egg, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt 1 butter and pour into a baking dish (8.5 x 6.5 in)
- Pour batter gently over the butter but do not stir.
- Gently dish the peaches over the batter uniformly.
- Bake in oven for 45-55 minutes.
- Take it out and let it cool for 15 minutes
