Pistachio Jello Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkt pistachio pudding mix
- 1 pkt lime jello mix
- 1 pkt cream cheese cut up
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapples
- 1 tub of cool whip
- ½ bag of mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup boiling water into mixing bowl and add jello. Whisk to mix. Add cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Add pudding and whisk until it thickens. Add pineapple.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour while letting the cool whip soften at room temperature. Add cool whip into cooled salad. Add marshmallows. Mix well to combine.
