Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 cup raisin optional
Instructions
- In a pan with medium-low heat, cook rice, sugar, salt, 1 ½ cups milk until thick and creamy (10-15 minutes)
- Add beaten egg and ½ cup milk. Mix and cook about 2 minutes.
- You may also add some raisin here if desired.
- Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
