Chicken and Roast Beef Quiches
Quick delicious quiches with can meats!
Ingredients
- 2 9 in pie crust
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 oz can roast beef
- 1 12.5 oz can chicken breast
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Drain the cans of chicken and roast beef, then break the meat into small pieces. Sprinkle the chicken into one pie crust and roast beef into the other one.
- Sprinkle ½ cup of mushrooms, ½ cup spinach and ½ cup parsley and ½ cup shredded cheese into each pie crust.
- Pour egg mixture over it (do not overfill). About 1 ½ cups per pie crust
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of egg mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until center is completely set.
- Let cool before slicing and serving
