Wine-Braised Honey Beef Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb bone-in beef ribs
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion cut
  • 4 stalks celery cut
  • 3 carrots cut
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry rub in a bow: salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Season ribs with dry rub. Then coat ribs with flour.
  • With oil in the pressure cooker, sauté to brown the ribs on both sides, about 2 minutes each side.
  • Set aside ribs and marinate it with honey and sweet soy sauce.
  • In the pressure cooker, fry celery, onions, carrots, garlic for 2 minutes. Add broth, wine and 1 cup water and bring to boil.
  • Please the ribs on top of the vegetables.
  • Pressure cook for 55 minutes.
