Air Fried Gohchujang Boneless Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- 1-2 ibs boneless pork ribs
- 3 tbsp Gohchujang sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
Instructions
- Cut ribs into manageable pieces
- In a pot, mix Gohchujang sauce, dark soy sauce and ketchup over low heat.
- Marinate ribs in sauce for at least 30 minutes
- Pre-heat air fryer to 390 degrees F (3 minutes)
- Spread marinated ribs in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Air fry ribs at 390 degrees F for 7 minutes.
- Stir and mix the ribs and air fry for another 7 minutes.
- Stir and mix the ribs. Air fry ribs at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes
- Check that the meat temperature is >165 degrees F
