Cut ribs into manageable pieces
In a pot, mix Gohchujang sauce, dark soy sauce and ketchup over low heat.
Marinate ribs in sauce for at least 30 minutes
Pre-heat air fryer to 390 degrees F (3 minutes)
Spread marinated ribs in a single layer in the air fryer.
Air fry ribs at 390 degrees F for 7 minutes.
Stir and mix the ribs and air fry for another 7 minutes.
Stir and mix the ribs. Air fry ribs at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes
Check that the meat temperature is >165 degrees F
