Garlic Lime Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken thighs cut
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp dried fried shallots
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 stalks celery finely sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the seasoning: garlic powder, parsley, black pepper and salt. Season the chicken pieces for 30 minutes.
- In a wok, add oil and butter. Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Add more oil to the wok and fry garlic, shallots, red pepper and celery for several minutes.
- Add the chicken to the wok and fry for 2 minutes mixing well.
- Add fish sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and lime juice. Mix well and let it simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
