Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
- 1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 pie crust
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients with a hand mixer: pumpkin puree, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt and eggs.
- Prepare the pie crust over a pie dish. Put it on a baking dish.
- Add the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes
- Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking for 35 minutes
- Take out of oven and let it cool completely before cutting.
