Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F
In a bowl, mix the ingredients with a hand mixer: pumpkin puree, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt and eggs.
Prepare the pie crust over a pie dish. Put it on a baking dish.
Add the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes
Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking for 35 minutes
Take out of oven and let it cool completely before cutting.
