Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 8 oz packet of pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pie crust
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake pie crusts for 12 minutes.
- Take out pie crusts. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F
- In a mixing bowl, mix sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, salt. Then add beaten eggs and mix well.
- Add pecans into the mixture and mix well.
- Distribute the pecan mixture across the 2 pie crusts.
- Bake in 350 deg F oven for 50-60 minutes
