Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz packet of pecan halves
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake pie crusts for 12 minutes.
  • Take out pie crusts. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F
  • In a mixing bowl, mix sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, salt. Then add beaten eggs and mix well.
  • Add pecans into the mixture and mix well.
  • Distribute the pecan mixture across the 2 pie crusts.
  • Bake in 350 deg F oven for 50-60 minutes
