Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake pie crusts for 12 minutes.
Take out pie crusts. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F
In a mixing bowl, mix sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, salt. Then add beaten eggs and mix well.
Add pecans into the mixture and mix well.
Distribute the pecan mixture across the 2 pie crusts.
Bake in 350 deg F oven for 50-60 minutes
