Baked Honey Mustard Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 10-15 pork chops
- 4 tbsp dry rub like Buc'ees Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing or dip
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup half & half
- 6-8 mini bell peppers
Instructions
- Pad dry the pork chops and season with the dry rub for at least 30 minutes.
- In wok with oil, fry the pork chops in batches, about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside on a baking dish.
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
- In a bowl, mix the sauce: honey mustard dressing, mayo, ketchup and half & half.
- Place the mini bell peppers on top of the pork chops in the baking dish.
- Apply the sauce uniformly over the pork chops.
- Bake in 400 deg F oven for 25 minutes
