Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef steak sliced thin
- 2 tbsp Honey mustard
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Carrot sliced
- 1 box Mushroom sliced
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp steak seasoning
Instructions
- Marinate beef with steak seasoning for at least 1 hour.
- In wok with oil, fry beef for about 4-5 minutes over medium heat until no red color is visible. Remove beef and set asid
- Add butter to pan and stir fry garlic, onions, carrots, mushrooms (5 minutes).
- Add flour and mix well. Add honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
- Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Add heavy cream and mix well. Add cooked beef and simmer for 3 minutes.
