Creamy Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 2-3 cans whole kernel corn
- 4 tbsp sugar free syrup
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Add the following ingredients into a blender: baking powder, salt, flour, corn, syrup, eggs, milk.
- Blend mixture for 15 minutes until smooth.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F
- Transfer blended mixture into a mixing bowl
- Add melted butter and heavy cream. Mix thoroughly.
- Spray oil inside a baking tray and pour mixture into it, tapping to level it.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 deg F for 75 minutes
