Creamy Corn Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cans whole kernel corn
  • 4 tbsp sugar free syrup
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Add the following ingredients into a blender: baking powder, salt, flour, corn, syrup, eggs, milk.
  • Blend mixture for 15 minutes until smooth.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F
  • Transfer blended mixture into a mixing bowl
  • Add melted butter and heavy cream. Mix thoroughly.
  • Spray oil inside a baking tray and pour mixture into it, tapping to level it.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 deg F for 75 minutes
