Heat butter in pot and add garlic on medium heat.
Add half and half and stir to mix completely.
Add parmesan cheese and mix completely
Add cream cheese and mix completely.
Taste and add salt and pepper if necessary to taste.
Cover pot and turn heat to low. Heat for 3-5 minutes until sauce is thick and bubbling.
If sauce is not thick enough, add some corn starch water. Stir until it thickens.
