Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Sweet and flavorful baked chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp Honey mustard
  • 1 Onion sliced.
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian spice
  • ½ stick butter.
  • 6 Cheese stick or slices

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry seasoning in a bowl.
  • Rub it on the chicken both sides.
  • Oil baking dish and place sliced onions. Add melted butter over the onions.
  • Placed seasoned chicken skin side up in dish over the onions.
  • Rub honey mustard sauce generously covering each piece of chicken.
  • Place a piece of cheese on top of each chicken piece.
  • Bake in oven at 400 deg F for 40-60 minutes depending on how thawed the chicken is. The chicken is cooked when the internal temperature is at least 165 deg F.
