Season chicken pieces with garlic, salt, black pepper, baking soda, eggs, ½ tbsp corn starch and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F
Mix panko and grated cheese in a bowl. Coat each chicken piece with in it and place on baking tray/rack. It is advisable for you to use a baking rack that allows air circulation to heat both sides of the chicken.
Bake chicken in oven at 425 degrees F for 10-15 minutes so that the chicken becomes crispy on the outside and cooked inside but still moist. Take out of oven and put onto serving dish.
Prepare sauce with ABC sweet sauce, tomato ketchup, 6 tbsp soy sauce, white vinegar and 3 tbsp water. Heat in wok with 1 tbsp sesame oil to a boil to caramelize the sugars. Add corn starch water.
Pour hot sauce onto chicken pieces in serving dish. Pour about 4 tbsp sesame oil and 4 tbsp sesame seeds over the chicken.
