Slice the chicken breasts parallel to the cutting surface to make it thinner.
In Bowl #1 put flour, Bowl # 2 beat eggs and add lemon pepper seasoning; Bowl #3 put breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Coat the chicken in bowls 1, 2, and 3 to cover completely.
In pan with oil and 2 tbsp butter, fry the chicken about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
In the same pan, add oil, if necessary, add 2 tbsp butter and fry garlic. Add mushrooms. Then add wine, half & half and Italian seasoning. Bring to boil.
Add chicken to cook in the sauce. Baste the chicken with it. Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken is >165 degrees F
