In small bowl, mix the coffee into the warm milk.
In mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar using a hand mixer until fluffy – about 8-10 minutes.
Add salt, vanilla and oil
Slowly add the flour mixing it by hand.
Stir the coffee milk mixture and add it to the mixing bowl.
Gently fold by hand until completely incorporated
Prepare an oiled baking pan with parchment paper at the bottom.
Slowly add the mixture, letting it flow to fill the pan.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes
