With butter in a pot, fry onions and garlic for 2 minutes
Add chicken and fry for 4 minutes.
Add bacon, celery, parsley, Italian seasoning, black pepper and soy sauce. Sauté for 3 minutes.
Add chicken broth and 1/2 cup water. Bring it to boil. Simmer covered over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add corn, milk and half & half. Stir to mix well and bring to boil.
Add cornstarch slurry, stir and boil/simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
