Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt and let marinade for 30 minutes.
Stir fry chicken with oil and 2 tbsp butter. Set aside.
Add 1 tbsp butter to pan and sauté mushroom with garlic.
Add 1 tbsp butter and add onions. Fry until brown.
Add herbs and fry for about 1 minute.
Add 2 cups half and half and mix. Simmer to reduce sauce until creamy.
Add shredded cheese.
Add cooked chicken and stir.
Add pepper to taste (salt if necessary)
Add tamarind powder and chili powder.
