In hot wok with oil, fry garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.
Add onions and fry for 1 minute
Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes (about 2 minutes per side)
Add Yeo’s Marinade, soy sauce, white wine, sugar, sesame oil. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms, cover and simmer for another 15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is >165 degrees F.
Sprinkle spring onions and remove from heat
