Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl: onion powder, garlic powder, baking soda, brown sugar, black pepper, red peper flakes, gingar powder and lemon pepper seasoning.
Marinate the beef with dark soy sauce, red wine, lemon juice and sesame oil. Mix in the dry ingredient spice mixture. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour.
In a wok iwht high heat, fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the marinated beef and fry until it is cooked.
Garnish with sesame seeds
