Blend chopped almonds with ½ cup milk.
Add all the dry spices into a bowl and mix.
Stir fry sliced onion in oil. Add dry spices and tomato ketchup. Fry for 1 minute.
Add chicken and then celery. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add blended almond and additional ½ cup milk. Mix well.
Add Greek yoghurt and Maggie seasoning. Mix and check for taste.
Let simmer until cooked with thick gravy.
