Pad chicken drumsticks dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl: ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, apple cider vinegar.
In an oven-ready pan with some oil, fry the drumsticks until they turn light brown on all sides (7-10 minutes)
Remove and set aside drumsticks when done. Turn off heat.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Then add the sauce mix and stir well until simmering.
Add drumsticks back into the pan and baste them well with the sauce.
Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes until chicken internal temperature is >165 degrees F.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley
