Meatball With Mushroom sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb minced turkey
  • 10 sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup panko
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp Worchester sauce
  • 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ purple onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup wine
  • 1.5 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions
 

  • Add seasoning to turkey in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly: onion powder, panko, mayo, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, Worchester sauce, herbs, egg, and coriander powder.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Use cookie scoop to make meatballs and place on tray(s)
  • Air fry meatballs for 9 minutes at 375 deg F and set aside.
  • Stir fry purple onion in oil. Add mushrooms and stir fry for 5 mins.
  • Add garlic, paprika, 2 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper. Mix.
  • Add wine and flour and stir fry to cook flour.
  • Add 2 cups of milk and mix. Bring up to boil.
  • Add air fried meatballs, immerse in the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes
