In pan with low heat, mix milk powder, sugar and milk until smooth.
Add butter. Continue stirring until it begins to hold shape and a dough is formed.
Grease a tray and line with parchment paper.
Transfer the mixture into the tray, push down gently and level it in the tray.
Sprinkle with the nuts and gently push it down into the mixture.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until it is fully set.
Remove from tray and cut into pieces of desired size
