In mixing bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and pineapple.
In a second bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
Mix the dry mixture into the egg mixture slowly stirring and mixing well.
Add coconut and nuts and mix well.
Pour mixture into 5x9 in baking dish.
Sprinkle nuts over the top of the dish.
Then sprinkle cinnamon over the top as well.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
