Cut potatoes into cubes and boil for 15-20 minutes until fork tender. Drain. Add ½ stick butter and 4 oz cream cheese and ¼ tsp salt.
Stir fry minced meat until partially cooked (5 mins)
Add minced onion, garlic and fry for 5-7 mins.
Add ½ stick butter and flour and mix thoroughly.
Add 1 cup broth, wine, ketchup and Worchester sauce. Let it thicken.
Add vegetables and ensure sauce thickens. If too thick, slowly add more broth.
Use hand mixer to marsh potatoes mixture.
Lightly oil baking dish and add meat with minimum liquid.
Add marsh potatoes on top of the meat.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the potatoes.
Bake in oven at 375 deg F for 30 minutes until potato layer becomes brown.
